Ruth began her career at NHD as Regional Sales Manager supporting Northern California and Nevada. Her attention to detail and strong work ethic enabled her to take on more responsibility and eventually act as National Sales Manager. As she continued to provide a high level of support to her clients her creative talents began to emerge as a much needed addition to the productivity of NHD.
As Creative Director, Ruth Kincaid served as the primary contact for all builder and marketing clients and their support. In addition, her creative talents were applied to marketing materials, graphic design, and corporate communications. Following the addition of HD Video content to the website, Ruth honed her visual design skills and applied her strong music background to creating the over 130 Hi Definition videos for builders and their communities.
Prior to NHD her own Notary Signing company supported a multitude of builders and home buyers by facilitating the escrow closings of hundreds of homes.
Her creative energy has been a lifelong passion. As a trained performer in Dance and Theater Arts she has been able to channel her energy into the professional aspects of her life. Her ability to take a basic concept and create a professional marketing piece or presentation is an area she excels in.
